We describe each product as accurately as possible and provide large pictures so that you can make an informed decision. However, do not hesitate to request for more pictures or send any query (in English or French) to:

Our aim is to maintain sustainable trade relations with excellent craftsmen of Ghana. Items are all handcrafted and can thus request in different colors, sizes, or designs to match your taste. You are welcome to write us for any special order.
If you have placed your order online, an email will be produced automatically to confirm your order details (quantities, description, price per item, total amount including shipping by Colissimo and method of payment). We ship your order within 72 hours (workdays) upon receipt of your payment.
We understand your preference not to shop online, so you can send us an order by email and we will reply immediately.
You can also ask to be called by phone (landline only). For this please indicate your number and appropriate time range to call you.
Minimum Order Amount
As we bear a part of shipping costs, which we do not charge our customers, it has become imperative for us to set a minimum order amount of 20 Euros.
Our prices are originally stipulated in Euro. Prices in US dollars are a conversion from the original prices. Prices shown on the online catalogue are valid from the date you send your order. They do not include shipping. Shipping fees are calculated and shown on the website during the checkout process on the page "Delivery Information".
We try to ensure that the prices on our website are accurate but we will need to validate the prices before we process your order. If we are unable to supply a particular item that you have ordered or if the correct price for an item is different from the price on your order, we will notify you as soon as we can after receiving your order. If this occurs, you may cancel your order and we will consequently refund any money that you have paid.
The prices on our website can be updated at any moment.
1. Online Secure Payment by Credit Card
To ensure the security of your payment we use ‘Cyberplus Paiement’, the payment solution of our bank in France (Banque Populaire). This solution was designed to allow customers to pay in an ergonomic, user-friendly environment, while simultaneously ensuring the highest possible levels of security and privacy. When paying for your order on-line, you are automatically transferred to the bank's server through a secure SSL-mode transaction (session encrypted using a 128-bit key). The card number is thus encrypted between the browser and the Cyberplus Payment server.
Confidential information about your Bank Card is recorded only in the databases of Banque Populaire and not in ours.
2. Bank Transfer
If choosing this option, you will receive our bank account details included in the email confirming your order. If payment is not received by our bank within seven days, a non-payment order notice will be initiated and the order will be cancelled.
Tax and Import Duty
The purchaser is responsible for paying any import duties and fees levied by his/her own country.
We ship from France. We use registered Colissimo (French Mail)) for reliable delivery. Average delivery time:
D+2 to Metropolitan France
D+4 to D+8 to international destinations
We do not make profit on shipping. We charge the same amount as per what the shipping company charges us. We do not charge packaging and handling fees. To see the shipping fees that we use, go to Shipping and Returns
We ship internationally but we do not deliver to PO boxes. You must have a valid street address.
Returns and Refund
If you receive a damaged item, we can replace it. You must first inform us by email within 48 hours of receipt of your order. If you wish to return your order and/or request a refund you can return your order in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. All you pay for is the return carriage of the goods.
If you have to return an item which you did not order or for any other reason that is our fault, we will also pay you the cost of the return carriage. If this happens, please contact us first within 7 days of delivery and we will let you know how you should send the item to us.
If you are not satisfied with an item we can refund the purchase price less shipping costs and bank fees, if the item and packaging are returned to us in good condition, within 30 days of delivery.
Please, always contact us prior to returning any full or partial order. Returns placed prior to review and approval will not be accepted. Refund will be made only after a full inspection of the item returned for non satisfaction determines that it is in the same condition as when we shipped it. Any damage or degradation of the returned item may result to a lower refund amount.
Please, ensure you fill return documentation recognized by customs. Otherwise, returned goods may incur duty charges. In the event of documentation being completed incorrectly and tax or duty subsequently being charged to us, the sum involved will be deducted from your final refund.

For any type of return, if you do not contact us within seven days of receipt of your order, or do not retain and return the materials as stated above in the different cases, we may be unable to process your claim.
We respect your personal information. It will be used exclusively for the purpose of the order that you place with us. We do not share or disclose information about you to any third party.
You may view, copy and print portions of our website for the sole purpose of placing an order with Ghanacraft.com. The materials on our website may not be used for any other purpose.
